We require 3 working days to set up a new campaign so please provide all assets and information as early as possible.
If you need to make changes to an ongoing campaign the quickest way to do this is by selecting ‘Update a Running Campaign’ above and providing all the necessary information. We will look to make these changes as soon as possible and will let you know when these have been made.
Campaign Performance Data is available in the Partner Portal. If you need to add new users to the Partner Portal please contact us with their name and email address.
Campaigns can be targeted to your existing cardholders to increase loyalty or to non-cardholders to acquire new customers; all while driving shoppers to your stores. Stocard targets your campaigns based on a customer's actual interests and shopping behaviour. These are derived from the cards they hold within Stocard and their past behaviours. This allows you to give the right offer to the right shopper at the right time.
Stocard can measure the effectiveness of a campaign on in-store purchases by matching location data with loyalty card usage. We can observe how many people click on an offer, then go into a store and finally make a purchase in-store. For non-cardholders we can track in-store visits.
